Every Day I Carry is a current Internet fad that seemed too fun to pass by. The original idea of EDC was a survivalist notion, but now it’s expanded to the question, just what do people carry every day? Around the world, people are emptying their pockets, purses, bags and backpacks to compare notes. Who has the more stuff? Who has the most interesting stuff? Who would survive the longest with what they carry with them every day? So for fun, the TL staff emptied their pockets, purses and bags to bring you,

Our Fearless Leader, Jamie, is a bit of a minimalist, but swears that “It’s not what you carry, it’s what you know.” I was most impressed that this all fits in only his pockets.
Our resident Vespa-riding Elf, Nela, was once a heavier packer, but says she has learned that “so long as I have a book and some sunscreen, I’m good.” Personally, I’m quite jealous of her candy stash.
And then I, The Native, tend to be a bit heavy on the side of the written word, but I’ve got a few nifty gadgets I think would be useful should I have to make it for a while. Particularly my toothbrush – I’ll make it for a long while so long as I have my toothbrush.
